What We Believe

God

Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit

God, as described in the Bible, is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. We believe that God is eternal and has revealed Himself as one God existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Through this understanding, we find the path to Salvation and the promise of Eternal Life.

Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is equal with God, the Father, and the Son. He plays a crucial role in the Bible, as He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ and the gift of eternal life. From the moment of salvation, the Holy Spirit resides in every Christian. He empowers Christians for living a life that reflects their faith, provides understanding of spiritual truth, and offers guidance in making the right choices. Each Christian seeks to live daily under the direction of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus

Holy Spirit

Salvation

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, as revealed in the Bible. He lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. Through His resurrection after three days, He demonstrated His power over sin and death, offering the gift of eternal life to all who believe. Jesus ascended to Heaven’s glory and will return to earth again to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, bringing salvation to His followers through the Holy Spirit.

Salvation

Salvation

Salvation

Salvation is a gift from God to man, as revealed in the Bible. Man can never redeem himself from sin through self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ, who embodies God’s offer of forgiveness, can man attain true Salvation from the penalty of sin. This journey to Eternal Life begins the moment one invites Jesus Christ into his life by faith and receives the Holy Spirit.

Man

Salvation

Eternity

Man is made in the spiritual image of God, designed to reflect His character. According to the Bible, he is the supreme object of God’s creation. While man has tremendous potential for good, he is affected by an attitude of disobedience towards God, known as "sin." This sinful posture separates man from God and hinders his path to Salvation and Eternal Life through the Holy Spirit.

Genesis 1:27 • Psalm 8:3-6 • Isaiah 53:6a; 59:1-2 • Romans 3:23

Eternity

Salvation

Eternity

Man was created to exist forever according to the Bible. He will either live eternally separated from God due to sin, or in union with God through the Holy Spirit, forgiveness, and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is to experience Hell. In contrast, to be eternally in union with Him is to attain eternal life. Heaven and Hell represent places of eternal existence.

Eternal Security

Eternal Security

Eternal Security

God grants eternal life to man through faith in Jesus Christ, and because of this, the believer enjoys secure salvation for eternity. This salvation is upheld by the grace and power of God, rather than by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and keeping power of God, through the Holy Spirit, that provides this assurance of security.

Bible

Eternal Security

Eternal Security

The Bible is God's Word to all men, written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It serves as the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living, guiding us towards Salvation and the promise of Eternal Life. Inspired by God, the Bible is truth without any mixture of error.

Water Baptism

Eternal Security

Water Baptism

Water Baptism is symbolic in several ways. It serves as a picture of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, reflecting the promise of eternal life for those who follow Him. As we go under the water, we leave behind our old life and, emerging anew, we embrace the new life that God has given us through the Holy Spirit. This act signifies our journey towards salvation as we commit to living as Christ followers.
